ABOUT ME

Techno India University (TIU), established in 2012 (active since 2013), is the first self-funded private university in West Bengal. Located in Salt Lake City, Sector V, Kolkata, it serves as the flagship institution of the Techno India Group, one of the largest educational conglomerates in Eastern India.

  • Accreditations & Approvals: Recognized by the UGC and approved by AICTECOAPCIBCI, and INC. It holds a B++ NAAC accreditation.

Admission and Fees (2026 Estimates)

  • Fees: Average annual fees are approximately ₹1.37 Lakhs, though specific courses like B.Tech range from ₹3.57 to 9.6 Lakhs for the total duration.
  • Eligibility: Admission typically requires 10+2 scores (often 60% minimum for some streams) and entrance exams like JEE Main or the university’s own TNET for PhDs.
